We have well structured payment plans to make investment easy for you;
0 -3 months (Outright payment)
0 – 6 months
0 – 12 months (Applicable to 450sqm & 600sqm)
Investors are entitled to get a receipt of payment, Acknowledgement letter, Contract of Sales (in case of instalments payment), Sales Agreement And Deed of Assignment. Also, survey documents and receipts for statutory fee payments will be issued
